We went for walk with my mom and dad around our neighborhood in Apollo Beach, where mansions are located. They have great Christmas lights decorations.

Brought my parents to Festival of Lights. Had a great time.

Features a two-mile drive-thru light show followed by a walking village with games, Santa, treats, and shopping. We had a great night out with Mom and Dad from the Philippines

Sopas is a classic Filipino comfort food, especially loved when the weather is cold, rainy, or when someone isn’t feeling well. It’s a creamy chicken macaroni soup made with elbow macaroni, shredded chicken, carrots, cabbage, onions, garlic, and celery, simmered in chicken broth and milk. Some families add hotdogs for extra flavor and nostalgia. I used pork on this one though.
