Very nice turnout today at our place for fellow Alliance RV owners.
It was so great to get to meet new friends.
We provided tri-tip and brisket. Others brought side dishes and desserts.

When you are smoking a brisket and Tri-Tip from Tuttle's Grocery & Meat Market on Sunday for Alliance RV owners, you need an appropriate cutting board. 30in × 20in should do the trick.
The stainless hooks are for hanging the meat in our Oklahoma Joe's Smokers barrel. I am sooo looking forward to the smoke, ant meeting (meating?) New friends.
