- On December 26, 2025, Major Crimes Detectives arrested 16-year-old Isaiah J. Alers, after probable cause was developed indicating he committed sexual battery against a twelve-year-old victim on multiple occasions between December 18, 2025, and December 19, 2025.
As a result of the investigation, Alers was charged with two counts of Sexual Battery by a suspect under the age of eighteen involving a victim twelve years of age or older, one count of Lewd Molestation, and one count of Lewd Conduct.
This investigation remains ongoing. Anyone with information related to this case is encouraged to contact the Charlotte County Sheriff’s Office at (941) 639-2101.

Paisley Fabila (pictured in black shirt), 13 years old, light brown hair, hazel eyes, and light complexion. Last seen wearing black shirt and pink pajama pants with candy canes on them.

Alenna Fabila (pictured in pink shirt), 15 years old, dark brown hair, brown eyes, 5'5”, 135 lbs, with brown complexion. Last seen wearing blue jeans and grey shirt.
