I created this page as a space where I can share my different wine related posts. I hope you will follow along on this journey with me!

I would love it to be a place where you will also share your favorites with me! I enjoy trying new wines and would like to learn more about the different varieties available, and the regions from which they come. In order to do so, I am going to complete the course to become WSET (Wine & Spirits Education Trust) Level 1 certified and will be sharing my experience with that here as well.

I have been dealing with a lot of medical issues that have caused symptoms that probably are best not exacerbated by drinking an evening glass of w**e.😂
(Lightheadedness, dizziness, worsened balance)

As a result, I have cut back on regular w**e and, when I would like to enjoy a glass, I’ve been drinking dealcoholized and nonalcoholic w**e.

This allows me to still enjoy my evening ritual, without the potential of making my current symptoms worse.

I really like this one!

As I continue to explore alcohol-free and dealcoholized w**e, this is a new one for me.

It is a little sweeter and fruitier than I typically enjoy, and especially for a rosé, but I like it.
It’s a nice w**e to sip slowly.

As I have said before, my evening glass of w**e is much more for the ritual than anything else.
So, switching to low alcohol, alcohol-free, or dealcoholized w**e doesn’t take away from my ritual at all, but gives me a nice break.

I would have this one again!

I’ve had w**e from this vineyard before.
However, I don’t believe I’ve had the Merlot.
It is delicious!

It has notes of oak, 🪵 a little bit of spice, and vanilla.
I would definitely have this one again.

I think I have mentioned it before, but for me, my evening glass of w**e is much more of a ritual than anything.
So, although I’m feeling extra dizzy and lightheaded today, and a glass of my normal w**e would probably not be wise, 😉I still wanted to enjoy the ritual.

So, this is what I am enjoying tonight!

Be Free
Dealcoholized Rosé

The very first time I tried an alcohol free or dealcoholized w**e, I wasn’t really sure about it.
They do tend to be sweeter than I prefer, but it just takes a little while to get used to them.

I have several other brands and styles of alcohol free w**es that I plan on trying.

This rosé is not bad at all.
It is definitely a little sweet, but not overly so, by comparison.
It’s definitely best very, very chilled.

I’ve had this one many times before and it’s one of my favorites!
It’s fresh, and crisp, with the perfect amount of acidity.

Body - 3
Acidity - 2
Sweetness - 2
Fruit intensity - 3

I agree with the scores, although I would give the acidity a 3, instead of a 2.

This w**e is dry, with medium acidity. I definitely pick up on notes of citrus and mineral.

I’ve had a few syrahs before and I’m normally not a big fan but it’s been a while and I think my taste has changed.
I actually really enjoyed this one!

I definitely pick up one hints of oak, 🪵, vanilla, and pepper.
I love the spicy tones to it!
