Major purchases approved by the Carter County Commission on Monday mean updated protective gear for area firefighters.

Dozens of parents attended this month's Ardmore school board meeting when two speakers formally addressed school officials in light of several allegations

"I think we know the answer to the question that was asked tonight, but we didn't get that answer from our administration which is sad. It's kind of frustrating," one speaker told Ardmore Leader.
