Each year, suburban residents sign up to be a part of our fittest loser contest. We pair them with a personal trainer and track their progress on the way to a healthier lifestyle, that includes weight loss and changing healthy habits. In 2013, we added the Community Challenge to encourage even more community residents to get healthy, through teams partnered with community park districts.

Mission: To bring together suburban residents interested in a healty lifestyle.

Nicer weather means escaping to the outdoors to enjoy some fresh air and workouts. Join Patrick Stille, Push Fitness Schaumburg trainer, and his family for a workout that will leave you laying in the grass!

Here’s your Stille Swole Saturday workout!

First and foremost grab your shortest pair of short shorts. Second grab a dumbbell and a timer. You’re gonna use that same dumbbell throughout for all the exercises. Time yourself and next time you do the workout try to beat that time!

2 rounds for beginners
3 rounds for intermediate
4 rounds for advanced

1a) 10 Goblet squats
1b) 7 snatches each arm
1c) 10 lunges each leg
1d) 45 second plank

2a) 8 push press each arm
2b) 12 push ups
2c) 6 burpees
2d) 20 Mountain climbers

3a) 50 yard farmers walks each arm
3b) 50 yard sprints
