Tuesday motivation tip: start the day with waffles! It might not be the most practical method, but trust me, it’s a sure bet start to a bright solid day ☀️ This particular waffle is from a charming little homey breakfast joint called EggCetera Cafe in Mokena, Illinois we stumbled upon the other day after a photoshoot. Special thanks to Apple Maps for pulling through with a great recommendation from my “FEED ME BREAKFAST AS CLOSE TO ME AS POSSIBLE” map search that yielded EggCetera!

so our roadtrip to Austin for BlogHer Food 2016 began with an overnight at the cutest Airbnb ever on a farm in Bonne Terre, MO called The Waterfront Cottage complete with wine upon arrival, this working outdoor tub, an incredible starry sky, horses + a pond full of crazy fish to feed. Today we're cruising through Arkansas blasting Shovels and Rope en route to a Teepee AirBnB in Hawkins, TX which I am prettttttttty pumped about. And tomorrow, Austin here we come 🇺🇸
