Dreamy Turtle We sell a variety of customized items. Earrings, clothes, tumblers. I can customize almost anything! I cannot accept returns anymore as it’s a health hazard.

Refunds- I do not provide refunds unless it’s a mistake on my part, only after the design has been approved by customer. I will not issue a refund if you don’t like it after it’s done if it’s what you approved. Customized Items- All customized items have to be prepaid in full or half deposit depending on cost. Customized items are NON REFUNDABLE and I will not start on them until a payment is made

. I can not resell customized items so unless I made a mistake AFTER your approval of design there are absolutely no refunds. Bath Products-For bath products there are absolutely no refunds. No refunds for ANY reason. Shipping Costs- All shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. No refunds on shipping regardless of the situation. It’s the customer’s responsibility to make sure all their shipping information is accurate. Sorry for any inconvenience but these are my policies. I hope you all have a great day
