INVESTMENT OPPORTUNITY

C&M Entertainment is seeking an investor to join us in the growth of LIMELIGHT, our new entertainment venue in the Denver metro area.

We are currently looking for an individual interested in investing $25,000 to help us complete our final startup phase. Revenue is expected to begin after our liquor license is approved, with an anticipated opening in September 2026.

Based on our current projections:

Monthly Revenue: $50,000 to $100,000

Estimated Monthly Expenses & Inventory: $20,000

Estimated Net Profit:

• $50,000 Revenue = $30,000 Net Profit
• $75,000 Revenue = $55,000 Net Profit
• $100,000 Revenue = $80,000 Net Profit

Investor Return (15% of Net Profit):

• $4,500 per month at $50,000 revenue
• $8,250 per month at $75,000 revenue
• $12,000 per month at $100,000 revenue

At these projections, an investor could potentially recover their initial investment within the first few months of operation and continue receiving profit distributions for up to 18 months.

LIMELIGHT is designed to be a community driven venue featuring live music, private events, benefits, fundraisers, themed nights, and entertainment.

C&M Entertainment is always ready to bring families together. Today was an amazing day celebrating my late Uncle Danny. We got to see so many family members we haven't seen since before COVID. It really made us realize how much we missed each other.

We were talking about having more family events, maybe a family reunion, a White Elephant party, and other get togethers throughout the year. I'm so thankful to have a place where we can all come together and make memories.

I know Grandma, Uncle Steve, Uncle Danny, and Geno would have loved seeing everyone together again. Family means everything, and I hope we keep making time for one another. ❤️

Opening a new location and working through the liquor license process has definitely been a challenge. We passed our fire inspection and even had to hire an architect to complete a full building analysis to determine our occupancy load.

Throughout the process, we were repeatedly told we would likely need a fire suppression system, which is a extremely expensive, something we couldn't afford or have in our budget. What a big scare.

There have been a lot of hurdles, setbacks, and stressful moments along the way. After doing my research and presenting my case to Building Permit and Safety, today we received some great news. We were approved for an occupancy load of 266 people without having to install a fire suppression system.

Now we're on to the final step, submitting our liquor license application.

This journey has tested us more than once, but we kept pushing forward and made it this far. One last step to go. Wish us luck!
