Lesson 16: Forward Glides
2 Foot Glide:
✓ Find middle of the blade
✓ Shoulders square
✓ Feet under the hips
✓ Goal: Glide your height
1 Foot Glide:
✓ Find toe to heel position at the wall
✓ Shift and lift
✓ Keep the shoulders and hips level
✓ Knees forward with closed hips and thighs close
✓ Goal: 3 second hold
