What a weekend. Was able to finish getting my scream poster signed by S***t and Matthew, got to meet Christine Taylor who played a bully in The Craft and the lawyer in Dodgeball and we ended the con by getting another signature from Lacey Chabert on a Party of Five poster!

After an exciting month, gonna be taking quite a few months off to get ready for either GalaxyCon in July or just prepay for Rhode Island Comic Con in November. We will just play it by ear. Either way, enjoy your spring and summer.

Today was a very good start to the weekend.

Pictures 2 & 3 are Rachel True & Robin Tunney from the movie “The Craft”

And last picture is Elizabeth Berkeley from Saved by the Bell

So as it turns out, have to go back Sunday to finish getting signatures for my scream poster. Lucky for me, I took advantage of an opportunity to get a free Sunday admission ticket as the con’s way of making good to Friday attendees because Matthew’s flight was late and he didn’t get to the con until right before the group photo was taken.

Good to be home. So the last couple of days was more of a whim but I did keep an eye on the roster and let me tell you, it was not a disappointment.

Here we have
1. William Sadler (Roswell, Bill and Ted’s bogus journey)
2. Maggie Grace (Taken trilogy, fear the walking dead)
3. Rose McGown (Scream, Jawbreaker, Charmed)
And last but not least…
4. Robert Patrick (T2, Peacemaker, X-Files)

Next con will be at the end of the month when we go all the way back to the 90s at 90s Con in Hartford!

A shocker to learn that Michelle passed away today. It was certainly a pleasure to have met her, spoke with her and tell her that I enjoyed her work from Buffy and Eurotrip.

So fun fact about today trying to get Robert Englund’s autograph for my poster today:

When I got to the venue in Concord (hour away from the house), I found out that he was only doing autographs on a first come first serve ticketing system and there were so limited per day and as I walked up, people who had tickets from Friday night were gonna go first cause they got cut off. Well come to find out that Saturday was sold out thanks to the VIP early entries.

After speaking with a couple of workers, they said that if there was a break in the line or if Robert’s line went a bit more quickly than the day before, they might be able to throw me in cause I was by myself and I wasn’t a total dick when told that there is no guarantee I’d see him.

So just before 1pm as the 1-1:30pm people were lining up, there was a break cause no one from 1:15 was lined up so I got snuck in the line!

Had to wait an additional 3 hours (30 minutes in a seperate room, he had single and group photos for 2 hours and then another 30 minutes back in the waiting room) but it was all worth it to get that beautiful John Hancock with the rest of the Nightmare 3 cast.
