My favorite New Years Eve memory pre-college was going to Sarah and Colleen’s house for fondue. That night has stuck with me ever since, and I always think of them whenever I make fondue.

And then I had to go dairy free, not to mention gluten free. No more fondue, I thought. I mean, bread dipped in cheese, right? 😢

BUT! I am happy to report that my honey and I ate vegan fondue for lunch today (since he’s working tonight and fondue is not conducive to working).

This stuff is really good! I made some roasted baby potatoes, cut up a couple of Organicos’s seeded sourdough baguette, and made Claudia Lucero’s champagne fondue. IT’S SO GOOD!

Yay for fondue being back on the menu!
