Tom Keller Furbearer Biologist of the Pennsylvania Game Commission has been spearheading the efforts for reintroduction of the American Marten. Tom was able to grace us with some time and answer many questions on the matter. Tom has been working very hard to educate the public and I believe you will enjoy what he has to say. We cover the topics that most want to know ie, Impact on Turkey population and upland bird. Also we cover prime locations for reintroduction and the plans on release. Thank you for listening. Guys this week we have one hell of guest, my good buddy Josh Beltowski. Josh is an obsessed outdoorsman that has a full speed ahead mentality when it comes to chasing any game. He is a great Houndsman that has the utter most knowledge of hunting animals with man's bestfriend. In this particular episode we talk everything scent, his tracking dog Huck, and stories of game retrieval. Back at it again with a talks from a buck slayer. Ladies and gentleman Taylor Fliesher. Taylor and I talk being a trophy hunter but not setting the bar above reachable. The most exciting and educational part of this conversation was talking wounded deer and tracking them. Taylor is a straight woodsman and has downed some very nice deer. Talking about waterfowl is one of those outdoor topics that I know very little about. In the is episode Tyler gets us setup to kill some birds. We talk about what a day of hunting with his crew and himself looks like. We get into talking about banded birds and reasons for bands. We also get into flight patterns and bird populations. Toward the end of the episode we get into discussion on the Pennsylvania Whitetail and thoughts on some regulations and conversation efforts. Tyler is a great Turkey killer also!
