Anyone missing their baby? Last seen around 10th and potter in Chester.

These huskies are frequent flyers, they reside on 5th and pennell in Chester. Doesn’t seem like the owners care. As of right now there’s no eyes on the dogs. I hope they’re ok. I really pray the owner would step up and take better care of the dogs or reach out to try to rehome them.
