Setting realistic goals and obtaining them one by one is a great way to grow with social media. A lot of the time we get caught up in others numbers and allow that to affect us because we feel as if we aren’t successful.

Remember that your growth isn’t linear and that each journey is different. Therefore your journey won’t look like the next person especially in something as unique as a social media algorithm.
