Thanks to her hard work, Ms. Lee was able to deliver an impressive 1.5 million signatures to Congress, which ultimately led to the Juneteenth Bill being signed into law in 2021. It was a momentous occasion, and Ms. Lee was even present to witness President Biden sign the bill into law.
