Lately, I’ve been reflecting on how much of the world around us is designed to keep us distracted—whether it’s the news, social media, or even the constant pressure of daily life.
It feels like most of it is built to keep us in a low vibration: stuck in fear, stress, and reaction, instead of clarity, purpose, and growth.
But when we step back and see it for what it is, we realize we do have a choice. We can either stay plugged into the noise, or we can rise above it and focus on what really matters which is our inner work, our purpose, and our awakening.
