One of my Blue Sapphires gave up the ghost today. I was surprisingly not emotional about it. I even disposed of her myself, like grownups do. We have now named the survivors: Scarlet and Indigo. We've decided that the ducks are Manley, Laura and Melissa.
No offense to my dead chicken, but I hope it was the mean one so my ducks don't have to be afraid anymore and, I think its time for some babies. I really want some silkies and some of the black chickens who's breed name I have forgotten.
