✨ Big news from South DeKalb! ✨
We’re officially approved for rezoning for the DREAM Project, which means New Life Community Alliance is moving forward with building New Life Village at 3048 Lumby Drive, a vibrant, community-centered neighborhood rooted in dignity, opportunity, and growth.
Phase 1 of this exciting project will include 22 townhomes and 10 single-family homes, designed to provide stable, beautiful housing for families in our community.
This is more than just development. It’s the beginning of a neighborhood where people are seen, supported, and set up to thrive.
