- The Honey comes from the distillery property from 2 of their 5 beehives managed and harvested in the spring of ‘24 by yours truly. Hive Gayle and Hive Locke.
- True Transparency. There is a “Honey Bill” where you can see the nectar and pollen percentages that the bees foraged on for the honey used in our unique process which includes many aspects and benefits from a beehive.
- Lab tested results, check out our full honey profile analysis in our bio. If you buy a bottle, it will come with a poem card and a QR Code to scan to also view the full analysis.
- Leiper’s Fork Distillery cask strength, bottled in bond bourbon made at the distillery with these 2 barrels being sealed in 2019. The grains are grown and milled on the owners’ / master distillers’ property, a few miles down the road, making this a true “hive to glass, grain to glass” spirit.
