The June/July Modern Impressionist Salon is now open for entries!
This prestigious competition gives artists the opportunity to showcase their work internationally, gain recognition, connect with fellow painters, and compete for awards, including cash prizes, including $1,000 for 1st place each month. the Top 40 and Top 20 paintings and the honorable mentions will also be recognized each month.
And our end of the year Grand Prize is now $10,000.

The April/May Modern Impressionist Salon brought together artists from different backgrounds, locations, and stages of their careers, yet all connected by a shared commitment to seeing and interpreting the world through painting.
After careful consideration, internationally renowned artist Judd Mercer has selected the winners of this salon.

Today is the final day to enter the May/June Modern Impressionist Salon, judged by internationally renowned artist Tad Retz
The contest ends tonight, June 15th at 12 midnight Pacific time.

Modern Impressionism, at its core, is an attention to light, atmosphere, and the quiet intelligence of seeing where a single brush stroke can hold more than detail ever could.

This is the last opportunity to submit work for the May/June selection. Submissions close at 12 midnight Pacific Time.

After tonight, the salon will be closed to new entries and the final body of work will be considered.
1st place receives $1,000 and a feature article in the Magazine alongside many of today’s best Modern Impressionist painters!
The Grand Prize Award will be announced in the fall and the winner will be awarded $10,000!
