Judicial Corruption of Dekalb County Superior Court Georgia

Below is a link to a letter that I sent Georgia Governor Brian Kemp on March 7, 2019 about the prejudicial administration of justice by Fulton and Dekalb County Superior & Magistrate Courts, including the conspiracy & collusion by and between Judges Mark Anthony Scott, Courtney Johnson, Clerk Debra DeBerry & Odyssey File & Serve GA (owned by Tyler Technologies) to alter and tamper with my case filings, the trial transcript & case indices sent to the Georgia Appeals court in my eviction case. Georgia Alloy, LLC v. Sam Levine, Dekalb County Superior Court, Case # 18-CV-1430.

As you can see from the letter, I asked for help from Governor Kemp's office, but he either ignored me or refused to help even though there was clear wrongdoing.

Seven (7) weeks later on May 2, 2019, I sent a follow up letter to Governor Kemp contained in the link below.

In my letter, I reiterated that Dekalb Superior Court Clerk conspired and colluded (at the direction of Judge Mark Anthony Scott & Courtney L. Johnson to alter and doctor my case filings, the case record & case indices that the Dekalb Superior Court appeals clerk Marilyn Roebuck refused to send the complete case transcript to the Georgia Court of Appeals (even though I paid for the complete record to be sent), that the clerk's office unjustifiably rejected several of my notices of appeal and other filings and that I requested that under Georgia law (O.C.G.A. 15-6-82) he (Gov. Kemp) direct the Georgia Attorney General to initiate an investigation into misconduct and misprison by Debra DeBerry and others in the court clerks office.

Again Gov. Kemp ignored my letter.

In the link below is a letter I sent on April 29, 2020 to Georgia Governor Brian Kemp with my renewed request and demand that he order an investigation of Dekalb County Superior Court Clerk Debra DeBerry making reference once again to the Dekalb County Superior Court Clerk altering, forging, forward and back-dating and falsification of my case filings, the case transcript and cases indices, which had the combined & cumulative effect of severely prejudicing my appeal of the June 6, 2018 summary judgment on writ of possession and rent, which the appeals court later affirmed.

The appeals court judge Stephen Goss who wrote the opinion on my case later affirming the trial court's opinion committed later su***de, which I believe is related to him being pressured to to join in on orders that he knew were wrong.

Georgia Governor Brian Kemp once again totally ignored me and was deliberately indifferent to and tried to cover up the misconduct by the Dekalb Superior Court Clerk, Debra DeBerry.

In the link below is a letter I sent on May 8, 2020 to Georgia Governor Brian Kemp further detailing crimes against public administration and related crimes committed against me in connection with by my wrongful foreclosure cases and my eviction case by Judge Mark Anthony Scott, Judge Courtney K. Johnson, Judge Thomas Cox, Jr. (of Fulton Superior) & others.

Governor Kemp could care less and his inaction substantially led to the eviction of me from my home on April 27, 2021.

Senior Judge Arch McGarity without jurisdiction, power & authority ultimately issued the order to directing the Dekalb Sheriff to evict me from my home even though I filed a notice of appeal of that order (creating a supersedeas & suspension of judgment) as well as notice of appeal of his orders preventing me from making further filings with the court (which is an illegal & unconstitutional prior restraint) and his order denying my motion to recuse, which he (not another Judge ruled on) in direct violation of Uniform Superior Court Rule 25.3.

Governor Kemp could care less about my repeated attempts to have him order an investigation of the falsification of the case file and my case filings and his inaction substantially led to my eviction from my home.

Below are links to two (2) separate police reports - one original and one supplemental that I filed with the City of Decatur Police Department on January 6, 2020 against the Clerk of Dekalb Superior Court, Judges Mark Anthony Scott and Courtney L. Johnson (and their staff) and one or more unknown employees of Odyssey File and Serve Georgia (owned by Tyler Technologies, the e-filing service provider for Dekalb County Superior Court) for forgery, fraud, alteration of official court documents and other fraud related crimes and crimes against public administration.

Below is a link to a police report that I filed against Judge Courtney L. Johnson of Dekalb County Superior Court with the City of Decatur Police Department on August 31, 2020 for false imprisonment under color of law by a Georgia State public official during my divorce case. During my dispossessory (eviction) case in Dekalb County Superior Court presided over by Judge Mark Anthony Scott (Georgia Alloy, LLC and FDC 94, LLC v. Sam Levine, Dekalb County Superior Court, Case # 18-CV-1430) following the wrongful foreclosure of my home, I was on the receiving end of may due process, equal protection and other constitutional violations. First, even though I filed an answer to the eviction lawsuit, I was denied a trial which the Georgia code at O.C.G.A. 44-7-53(b) requires. Instead the case, was illegally and wrongfully decided by summary judgment during a hearing that I was not given advance notice of and which there is no provision for under Georgia law. During my case -- before the June 6, 2018 hearing and afterwards, many of my case filings were altered, forged, forward-dated, back-dated, exhibits removed, court filing descriptions changed, doctored, tampered and otherwise spoliated.

In addition, when I appealed the June 6, 2018 summary judgment order, I paid $2,512 ($1/page) for the entire case record (transcript) to be sent to the Georgia Court of Appeals, yet the Dekalb County Superior Court appeals clerk, Marilyn Roebuck (no longer employed by Dekalb Superior Court) only sent less than half (1,100) pages. I complained and they sent maybe a few hundred more pages, but not the whole transcript. The clerk's office refused my multiple requests to send the entire case record to the appeals court.
