We just popped into Rocket Fizz in Downtown Duluth, and Michelle gave us the grand tour. Warning: this place is a sugar-coated time machine.

Looking for something fun for Dad? Skip the socks. Forget the grill tools. Grab him a Decade Mystery Bag full of candy from his glory days—whether that’s the groovy 70s, totally rad 80s, or wild 90s. It’s the perfect mix of nostalgia and sugar-induced joy.

Rocket Fizz has everything from bacon soda to bubblegum ci**rs. Trust us—Dad will laugh, snack, and maybe cry a little when he sees candy buttons again.

Hit play on the video and then head to Duluth. This place is a blast.

If you grew up in Gwinnett, chances are you’ve heard the name Clayton Cain.

He’s the kind of guy who hit home runs at Brookwood High, played college ball, and now fights for athletes, families, and businesses through his firm, 3 Summits Law.

What you might not know? Clayton earned his place in the Gwinnett Sports Hall of Fame by hitting enough home runs to land in the all-time top 5—and that record still holds today.

We sat down with him in the Guide to Gwinnett Podcast studio to talk about growing up local, chasing purpose, and coming back to serve the community that raised him.

It’s not just a story about sports—it’s a story about legacy, grit, and what it means to give back.
