Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to be the face of our company and drive growth through new business development. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the healthcare industry, a passion for genetics, and the ability to build lasting relationships with clients. The Sales Representative will be responsible for selling our comprehensive DNA testing services to healthcare providers, hospitals, and other relevant organizations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a sales strategy to identify and target potential clients in the healthcare industry
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in healthcare organizations
- Conduct product presentations, webinars, and other marketing activities to educate potential clients on our genetic testing services
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales campaigns
- Utilize CRM software to track and manage sales activities and leads
- Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and other networking events to promote our services and generate leads
- Work closely with the operations team to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for growth
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the healthcare industry
- Strong understanding of the genetic testing market and healthcare industry
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and building relationships with clients
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Proficient with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Willingness to travel, as needed
