What an amaaaazing reason to come out of braiding retirement to bless the kids. Where do I begin….
*Phase 1️⃣: We collectively served over 100 kids. I appreciate each stylist who joined the team. Everything just flowed and I’m sooo grateful. Thank you Precious Monique Mista Soull 87.9 The CLTR Pleasant Green Baptist Church NONA-North Omaha Neighborhood Alliance Empowerment Network for such a wonderful opportunity to give back to my community.
*Phase 2️⃣: Venue change….team change! To be able to cut & style hair for the children at the Lydia House was such a fulfilling experience. To be honest, it brings tears to my eyes thinking about it all over again. It could’ve been me, it was almost me 4 years ago if I wouldn’t have left Atlanta and that’s a fact. They all were soooo happy. Thank youuuuu to Shannon Boo Jackson Alia Malik Jackson Shanequia S Booth Heavi Hitters partnership with Open Door Mission for the opportunity to also bless those children as well.
I take nothing for granted and I’m so blessed to give back. Back to braiding RETIREMENT I go….til next year❤️🤞🏾💫
