Youâve been asking yourself, âWhy does life feel so heavy? Why does it seem like everything is pressing me down?â Maybe youâve even thought, âThis must be the end for me.â
But hear thisâyouâre not buried, youâre planted.
Burial ends a story. Planting begins one. The weight you feel isnât meant to crush you, itâs meant to cover you until growth breaks through.
What looks like darkness to you is preparation to God. Seeds donât look alive underground, but give them time and theyâll push through with evidence of life.
Even Jesus went into the ground, and the world thought it was over. But three days later, resurrection proved He wasnât buriedâHe was planted. And because He rose, you will too.
So donât despise this hidden season. God is at work in the dark. Roots are forming. Strength is building. And when itâs time, youâll rise with fruit that tells the world you were never buriedâyou were becoming.
Reflection Question:
Am I viewing my hidden season as burial or as planting, and how does that shift the way I respond to it?
Prayer:
Lord, thank You that I am not buried, I am planted. Help me to trust Your process in the dark seasons. Strengthen my faith to believe that what feels like an ending is actually the beginning of growth. In Jesusâ name, amen.
