I remember recording this LIVE 10 years ago! I had come into some money due to a settlement from a car accident. After recording it, I was ashamed because it wasn’t perfect. I felt like a failure. One of my amazing friends talked me into putting it out so that I could measure my growth. I literally waited FIVE WHOLE YEARS to release this project. To this day, people ask me, “When will you record an album?” The answer: I already did! I’m actually proud of finishing what I started. My music is getting recognized over seas, which is pretty dope. My advice to ALL ARTISTS is to STOP SITTING ON YOUR SONGS! It doesn’t have to be perfect. I’m so grateful for that advice. I’m embracing ALL OF ME! 💗🔥🥰❤️⭐️🎤

We are searching for a talented and dependable Drums & Percussion Instructor to join our Team. The Drums & Percussion Instructor’s responsibilities include evaluating pupils’ needs and preparing lessons that will help them achieve their goals, handling admin duties, and keeping track of finances and appointments. You will prepare students for recitals, exams, and competitions, and also teach music theory.

To be successful as a Drums Instructor, you should demonstrate excellent instructional skills and patience. Outstanding candidates are lifelong learners who are always improving their skills and are unafraid to experiment with technology.

Drum/Percussion Instructor Responsibilities:
* Determining student goals and objectives, and discussing lesson details with them before committing to a plan.

* Creative Fresh and innovative Music Tracks
* Oversee and Manage the development and production of musical pieces and albums
* Booking Studio Time needed for production
* Hiring musicians, sound engineers and vocalist as needed for song production
* Assist Artist in development of ex*****on for track in production
* Edit and Touch-up sessions as needed

Music Producer Requirements:
* 2-3 years Professional Production experience desired
* A CRV (Professional Resume’) exhibiting at least 2-3 years Previous Years & Portfolio of work.
* List of Professional References
* Knowledge of Music & Entertainment industry is a must (*Knowledge of Film & Television is a plus)
* Strong Musicality required (i.e. playing various instruments or knowledge of various production programs)
* Strong Familiarity with various Genres: instrumentation and structural styling
