A time to be comforted.

Teaching children when each is appropriate helps them develop emotional intelligence, self-regulation, and respect for boundaries. It’s not about taking away their joy, it’s about giving them structure that helps them thrive in school, at home, and in the world🌍

If the top is slipping, so will the team.
People don’t rise to the standard, they rise to what’s enforced‼️

Whisperer presentation or not, your staff will only do what they feel is allowed. And sometimes... the top gets away with more than anyone else🤷🏾‍♂️
