Pickin' at my favorite type of estate sale! You gotta pay attention and hunt around but these types of sales happen nearly every weekend somewhere in a major city. Sometimes there's just too much stuff in a house to truly get it all organized and priced. I have so much fun hunting down nostalgia in places like this. 💜

What's a Wednesday/Thursday only estate sale like you might wonder? AMAZING. Loaded up 3 bags full and found the most incredible mid-century modern suade chairs in the basement, for only $50. I repeat: $50. Definitely one of my favorite finds of all time.
