A Beautiful book Review. Grab your copy on marciablanebooks.com.
This journal came into my life at the exact moment I was ready to be honest with myself. Trauma Bond Healing Journal is not a surface level workbook it gently but firmly guides you into the roots of why you stay, why you attach, and how trauma disguises itself as love.
One thing I truly love about this journal is that After every section you’re given dedicated space to journal and reflect You’re not rushed into the next lesson you’re invited to pause, sit with what came up, and write out your thoughts, emotions, and realizations in real time. That reflection space makes the healing feel personal, grounded, and real.
What I appreciate most is that the journal doesn’t shame you. The prompts are compassionate, validating, and deeply reflective, while still holding you accountable to your healing. As someone currently working through this journal, I can say it creates real emotional awareness not just “aha” moments, but moments where you sit with truth and begin to shift.
The structure is intentional and thoughtful. Each section builds on the last, helping you recognize patterns, reconnect with your sense of self, and slowly untangle emotional bonds that were formed in survival mode. It truly feels like a safe container for emotions that are often confusing, heavy, or buried.
This journal is especially powerful if you’ve struggled with letting go, self-blame, or repeating unhealthy relationship dynamics. It helps you understand that trauma bonds are not a personal failure they are learned responses that can be healed.
I would recommend this journal to anyone who is truly ready to do inner work, reclaim their power, and choose themselves without guilt. It’s not always easy but it is honest, supportive, and deeply healing.
A beautiful tool for breaking cycles, processing emotions, and rebuilding a healthier relationship with yourself.
