Among the most fun times the Electro-Phonic Brian and Stepfather of Soul have had during their DJ partnership are trips to Virginia to join forces with WTJU's Robin Tomlin and Colin Powell for their "Grits and Gravy" DJ nights in Charlottesville (and once in Richmond). This video was shot on a quite hot July night - both musically and temperature-wise - back in 2016. To say it was hot temperature-wise is an understatement: you can't tell from the video, but the Stepfather of Soul's necktie was soaking wet by the end of the set!

Although TOO TOUGH TOGETHER! has been mostly an online-only affair since the COVID days, do know that we are looking for opportunities to come to your town or city to "do the do for you and you." If you are having a DJ night or special occasion and would like to have the fun and funk of TOO TOUGH TOGETHER! live and in living color (and full-spectrum audio), contact us! We're itching to take the show on the road, and to keep the HOT in "Hotlanta" as well!
