Bringing this back up again since it seems to be a topic i consistently have to remind people of. An assault rifle is a legitimate classification of firearm which is a select fire rifle chambered in an intermediate cartridge with a detachable magazine. This differs from the term “assault weapon” which is, effectively, a made up term. The select fire component is the distinguishing characteristic in most cases. This term is used by the US Army, Marines, as well as other militaries. Manufacturers such as HK and FN also use this designation and organizations like the NSSF and NRA-ILA (i know NRA rabble rabble) have posted information confirming this. No AR does not stand for “assault rifle”.

People ask about the size of a 12g suppressor like the Salvo 12 a fair bit. This is the full length model with a 5.56 and 50bmg for scale. I could use a ruler, but that’s not as accurate.

“What’s it like driving the ferret”
Great question. It’s actually pretty simple. It’s a 5 speed pre select gearbox. This means you actually select your gear before depressing the “clutch” which is actually a gear selection pedal. You can see i start in 2nd because the 1st gear is essentially only for mountain crawling. Then you change the shifter to 3rd and when you are ready, press in the selector pedal.

It’s pretty loud inside but drives super nice. 10/10 would recommend.

Gotta fuel up to make sure customer orders get out on time. It may not be fast but nobody is stealing any packages here.
