Stephanie offers more than three decades of experience in strategic planning and design consulting as well as administration and management. She brings a varied perspective, having been an NBA client, the head of real estate for a private university where she negotiated over 500,000 square feet of leases, and a consultant, acting as project manager and designer for a number of large corporate ventures. We talked about all the importance of programming and visioning and a lot of the things you don't see right when a project starts. Jennie Rusciano is a Project Executive at Atlanta-based commercial interior general contractor, CA South. Jennie graduated with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Interior Design and started her career in the design world. She spent 3 years in design and 6 years in project management until her path led her to CA South where she has been for the last 10.5 years. Having come full circle in the industry, her background gives her a unique perspective on the construction side!
