We all need a space where we can feel seen and refuel! I have my sisters, who do you have?

Your safe space doesn’t always have to be family, they can be anywho who you trust and value to give you the support you need and who’s going to give you the real!

We all need someone and our sister circles are essential in lifting you up when you fall or stumble.

Hear more of the benefits of a safe space and how you can cultivate one for yourself in the most recent episode of The Docta Dee Affect Podcast!

Push it to the limit!!

Have you ever worked a job that STRESSED you out beyond measure and made you question your ability?!

A job that no matter how well you perform, they scrutinize and undermine your continuations?!

It’s a horrible feeling! And what’s worse is when this job is your stepping stone to something greater, but you’re stuck in the foolishness of the NOW!

When is enough, enough?! And how do you decide that?!

That’s a personal decision that you have to agree with. It has to align personally, spiritually, emotionally, and financially.

Determining your limit, is you deciding what you will will not accept in the workplace and when you’re going to say, “I’ve had enough!”

check out the most recent episode of the Docta Dee Affect Podcast where we talk about coupling all of the tools to success for a black women’s excelling in the workspace, and I delve more into pushing to your limit

If you’re going to thrive in your workspace, you have to figure out what drives you.

Your goal has to be specific and personal to you so that you can keep fueling yourself to go back again and again!

Life’s going to throw curveballs, but you’re going to make it so long as you know your WHY and your values aren’t compromised.
