Cricut-Obsessed Etsy Owner Sharing Design Space Tutorials
Hi y’all, I’m Rebecca, the owner of a new Etsy store called Hops and Hospitality. I made sales to over 100 customers in my first two months of business without advertising or understanding much about Etsy - but I did realize just how much people LOVE personalized gifts.
I bought my first Cricut two years ago when I lived on Pinterest to find everything “wedding” after getting engaged to my now-husband. I didn't want anything to feel DIY, but I also didn’t want to spend what I knew were obscene markups on bridal party gifts and centerpiece items.
After stumbling onto a post about making your own wedding stationary, I went from “not really a crafter” to “bought a Cricut Explore Air 2 (and have already upgraded to the Maker) and now an Etsy seller.
Are you thinking about getting a Cricut (or better yet, have one sitting in a box right in front of you) but are just too intimidated about the “tech” aspect of it? Don’t be! I want you all to love this machine as much as I do!
I don't work for Cricut (or their owners Provo Crafts) and never have - I just truly love this machine and how it has helped me crate amazing gifts for friends, family, and now business - and I want you to love it too!
