Brookline Sound

Brookline Sound Brookline Sound is a mixing & sound design company based in Atlanta, GA. We help video producers, filmmakers, and agencies tell immersive stories through sound.

We think sound is the most amazing thing on the planet At a basic level, sound is how human brains make sense of vibrating air when it meets our ears. Those vibrations, or frequencies, give us an astounding amount of information about the world around us. Even more incredibly, we use sound to communicate – literally moving the air around us to create and share meaning. Ever since we were kids, we’ve been fascinated with how sound works. We’re active musicians who love the way each instrument and part blends into music that moves a listener. We love to take what was recorded on a set, in all of its imperfections, and uncover its impact; to tell immersive stories through vivid sound design; to shape the emotion of a picture through a beautiful mix. We spend every day deepening our understanding of sound, so that every story we tell will be more powerful, more effective, and ring more true to the lives of your audience. Your picture may be confined to the frame, but sound immerses your viewers – telling the rest of the story that can’t be seen. Sound is story. Don’t let it be an afterthought.
