( .) How do you like your coffee? Black? Milky? In a crème anglaise stuffed inside a soufflé? As long as it's wet and warm, I'll drink it. But and invited me to a cookery event. And, Taylors being a coffee specialist, I'm starting to learn a thing or two about what goes into the cup that's never far from my hand. We drank coffee, talked about coffee, and we even cooked with coffee. We worked at Michele Roux Jr's cooking school, so, I won't lie, I started to believe I was a contestant on the set of MasterChef. I made a soufflé and it actually rose! A day well spent, for a coffeehound like me.
