For Convoy of Hope’s Vision Summit 2025, we had the privilege of creating the full visual identity—from a spanning hallway environment design, animated LED content, and more!

In the hallways, we peeled vinyl to uncover different initiatives of COH throughout the summit—a simple idea that made a big impact without stretching the budget.

Last week we had the honor to design and build a 80+ ft. booth for at their own conference!

On the far right, a pegboard featuring dozens of freebies and resources for ministry leaders covering countless issues facing students today. Swipe to see how popular this wall was!

Just left of the pegboard is a series of 6 murals complete with branded messaging, divided by custom light bar fixtures, and bookended by fully branded 16”x16” stacked cubes.

We loved seeing this all come together, and it was a huge team effort between us, the Orange team, and our environmental designer who led the charge. DM us if you’d like us to built an interactive install for you!

A closer look at the hallway we designed and installed for ’s babies - toddlers hallway.

A combination of illustrated greenery and woodland creatures, all made of varying materials, assembled at varying depths, and arranged to create a playful, warm, adventurous environment for the children’s ministry.

We had the honor of transforming ’s atrium lobby with 10 booths, an 8’ x 8’ wrapped hop up display, and two floor-to-ceiling hanging wall installations for two Global Spotlight weekends.

For the booths we built an LED-lit frame with 3D letters, along with 10 pull-up banners, which Perimeter then fitted themselves with country-specific decor and missions content.

For the walls, we built upon a modular install skeleton we created in the past, updating it to match the church’s Global Spotlight emphasis during the past 2 weekends. The walls feature hanging wood panels, animated TVs, fabric banners, acrylic, and an array of custom-designed foam core boards.

A closer look at the 5 nooks we designed for Winshape ONE.

We wrapped the inside of these arches with branded red vinyl, featuring conference and Winshape art, plus thematic quotes that ran above the nook.

Across all 5 nook windows you’ll see giant window clings reading “D R E A M”—the theme of this year’s conference.

We also designed custom pillows, sourced table toppers, and created the table signs you see in the seating area.

To tie it all together, we lit the entire area with Winshape Red, and threw in some custom branded furniture we created for past Winshape events.

We’re super happy with how this space turned out. Closer looks at the other spaces coming soon!

A full event branding and installation suite we created for Winshape's annual ONE Conference.⁣

We created the event branding and turned it into stage designs, animated LED wall content, installations, interactive moments, wayfinding signage, and countless smaller print pieces.⁣
⁣
It was a huge collab between us, Winshape, and our partners, and we couldn't be prouder of the final result!⁣
