Media is a business of change. As GMW approaches our 25th year as an organization, we’ve experienced a lot of change. The flow and evolution of media content and delivery is like other vast natural systems and to surf it, you have to know what lies beneath the waves, what causes the shapes and the patterns, what affects the atmosphere has on the water. All of this understanding comes from a practice of observation and contemplation. Having a lifetime in the game helps, it helps in making decisions about the future, it helps us get it right.
