Thinking of my Dad today, on his birthday, and reflecting on his influence on my life. I grew up in this school watching my Dad invest his heart into encouraging people to develop their gifts for God. What an honor it is to now be moving his vision forward into the next generation. Thankful to have been raised in a home that first and foremost honored the Lord but secondarily it taught me to give my gifts back to the Lord. I love and miss you Dad and making sure that “Today is going to be… The Best Day Yet”!

We have been busy getting some Weekend Regional Sessions scheduled between now and CNS26. These are 2-Day versions of CNS emphasizing on Performance, Marketing and Branding, Social Media, Vocal Training, and Songwriting. Regional Sessions are $125 for the weekend. We would love to see you along one of these stops. We will be in Arkansas in October, Ohio in November, Central Florida in February, and Tennessee in March.

Registration is open for Arkansas October 10-11 and Ohio November 14-15 at www.cnsmusic.com.

Jeff Stice taught with us at the Charles Novell School of Music for 40 years. Jeff was a gifted pianist and his playing influenced students at CNS as well as players all over the landscape of Gospel Music. Jeff made an “Impact” on everyone he met and everone that he was able to share his gift with. Every summer at CNS we are able to assist young people that have the desire to pursue their musical development by attending the Charles Novell School of Music through the Jeff Stice Impact Scholarship Program.
