2 lobster tails

Directions:
Sear the Steaks:

1 pound steak (such as strip loin, rib eye, etc.)
cajun seasoning to taste
2 tablespoons butter
8 ounces shrimp, peeled and deviened
4 cloves garlic, chopped
1/4 cup chicken broth (or dry white wine)
1 cup heavy cream
2 teaspoons dijon mustard
1 tablespoon cajun seasoning (or to taste)
1/4 cup parmigiano reggiano (parmesan
cheese), grated
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon parsley, chopped

directions

1. Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat, add the steaks, seasoned with
cajun seasoning to taste, and sear until lightly browned on both sides and cooked to
the desired level of doneness, before setting aside.

2. Reduce the heat to medium, add the butter and let it melt before adding the shrimp

and cooking until just pink on both sides, about 1-2 minutes per side, and set aside.
3. Add the garlic and cook until fragrant, about a minute.

4. Add the broth and deglaze the pan by scraping up any brown bits from the bottom
with a wooden spoon as the broth sizzles.

5. Add the cream, mix in the dijon mustard and cajun seasoning, bring to a boil and
let simmer for a minute.

6. Mix in the cheese and let it melt into the sauce.

For the Shrimp:

1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined

Cake with eggs and ham
Ingredients :
โ€“ 800 grams of ground beef
โ€“ 2 oeufs
- 30 grams of hat
- 10 g sweet paprika
- 10 g of salt
- 5 g black pepper
โ€“ 120 g of fresh cheese
โ€“ 250 g de jambon
- 200 g of potatoes
- 100 g pickles
- 5 hard boiled eggs

Preparing baked egg and ham cake

Prep time: 30 minutes

Cooking time: 40 minutes

Steps of Preparation:

1. Preparing the meat base:

In a large bowl, mix the ground beef, 2 eggs, capelure, sweet paprika, salt and black pepper.

Knead the preparation well until you get a homogeneous mixture.

2. Preparing the prank:

Smash them mashed potatoes

Add finely chopped pickles and fresh cheese to the mash. Mix to get a smooth texture.

3. Putting together the cake:

On a sheet of baking paper, spread the minced meat into a large rectangle of about 1 cm thick.

Cover the meat with ham slices.

Spread the mashed potatoes evenly over the ham.

Place the hard boiled eggs lined up in the center, lengthwise.

4. Forming the roll :

Using baking paper, gently roll the meat by pressing tightly to form a roll. Make sure the eggs stay in the center.

Seal the edges to prevent stuffing from escaping during cooking.

5. Cooking:

Drop the roll on a baking plate coated with sulfurized paper.

Lightly wash the roll with a little oil or barbecue sauce, depending on your preference.

Bake in the preheated oven to 180ยฐC (350ยฐF) for about 40 minutes, until meat is well cooked through and golden brown.

4 slices of thick bread (sourdough or your choice)
1/2 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
3 tbsp butter, melted
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh parsley, chopped (optional)
Directions:

Heat a pan over medium-high heat. Season shrimp with salt and pepper, and sautรฉ with minced garlic in butter until pink and cooked through (about 3-4 minutes). Set aside.
Brush each slice of bread with melted butter and sprinkle with garlic.
Layer mozzarella and Parmesan cheese on two slices of bread.
Add sautรฉed shrimp on top of the cheese.
Close the sandwich with the remaining bread slices.
In the same pan, grill the sandwiches on medium heat, pressing down gently until golden brown and crispy on both sides, about 4-5 minutes per side.
