DSCR stands for Debt Service Coverage Ratio, and these loans allow you to qualify based on the income generated by the property itself, not your personal income. That means no W-2s, no tax returns, and no need to prove employment. This makes DSCR loans an incredible tool for self-employed individuals, entrepreneurs, or anyone with non-traditional income streams.
