Wedding dessert tables can include the fun stuff, too. 🤍

These dipped crispy rice treats got the same white chocolate drizzle and pearl details as the more traditional wedding sweets, which let something playful fit right into an elegant display.

That's one of my favorite tricks when designing dessert tables: change the dessert, but repeat colors and details so everything still feels cohesive.

“How many desserts do we actually need?”

It's one of the questions couples ask when they're considering a wedding dessert table—and the answer isn't necessarily one of everything for every guest.

It depends on whether you're also serving wedding cake, how many dessert varieties you're offering, the size of each item and whether you want the table to be a small addition or a major part of dessert service.

That's why I prefer planning the table as a whole instead of simply adding up individual treats. The goal is enough variety to make the display exciting without leaving you with an enormous amount of dessert at the end of the night.
