The Group Rules: for Members.
1. All of the following rules apply to each of our groups.
2. Enforcement. A single violation of any rule of this group might result in the deletion of a post or
comment & might result in a m
ember being banned.
3. Not Legal Advice. There are both attorneys & non-attorneys that have specific legal knowledge of drone issues in this Group. However, nothing posted in this Group is intended to be, and should never be considered legal advice.
4. Civility. Everyone is expected to be civil at all times. Disagreement is fine, but be civil. The following are prohibited. (a) Personal attacks against others. Disagreement, debate & discussion is fine, but everyone is considered equal here. (b) Defamatory or demeaning remarks against anyone or anything is not permitted. (c) Trolling is not permitted. (d) The publishing of any contact information of another, with the intent to encourage harassment of that individual is not permitted. (e) Any post or comment including the use of any foul or antagonistic language. This includes the RTFM comments. (f) Any photograph, video, or screen shot from the DJI app that appears to be over the altitude of 400 ft will be deleted. This is our rule and it is not based on the rules of any country. (g) Any photograph, .gif, illustration or simulation that shows any animal being flown or dragged around by a drone or other object, or any other type of animal cruelty.
5. Duplicate posts will be deleted at the admins discretion.
6. Members may call unmanned aircraft whatever they wish, but the subject of what they "should" be called is not a topic for debate.
7.The following is a list of some topics that do not relate to our groups. Any such posts or comments will be deleted:
(a) Posting affiliate click-links will be grounds for an immediate ban. (b) Advertising, promoting or selling any for profit products or services. (c)Posting links for other Facebook groups, blogs, or websites will be deleted immediately and the poster will be banned. (d) Any other discussion that does not relate to this group, as determined by the sole discretion of the Group Administrators.
8. (a)Politics and Religion. Any posts or comments pertaining to politics or religion may be deleted after review from the admins. (b) Any posts that involve a gun in the photo (whether real or fake) will be deleted, or banned, at the discretion of the admin.
9. Blocking an Admin will get you Banned. Period.
10. Selling of personal Drone related items is fine.. Setting up a Digital Store, with the intent to profit from the group is not. Trying to sell or trade non-drone related items is not acceptable. The Admins reserve the right to make the final decision on any of the rules listed above.
