Best do all rod in the $200 range that is an amazing pick up if that’s your budget. In fishing there is no real “do all” since every technique is different but not everyone is a tournament fisher.

If you’re looking for a buy once cry once do all power setup then here’s what I’d recommend since this is a question I get a lot. While I don’t truly recommend “do all” setups, not everyone fishes tournaments so this may not be all that important to have one rod that can throw a 3” pink zoom super fluke with a 1/8oz belly weighted swimbait hook on Lake Chaubunagungamaug (yes that’s a real lake in Massachusetts) in the Fall on November the 12th that happens to fall on a Tuesday at exactly 4:57 PM. I’ll be making more of these at different price points this week since it’s finals week for me and I can’t really film any content given my classes.
