Chances are good that we'll get one if not two new releases out for the Torg Infiniverse Exchange this year. No, really! Happy New Year!

Project updates:
We're currently working on two products for the Torg Eternity Infiniverse Exchange: Folk & Fey: The People of Aysle and Alternatives: The Book of House Rules. The first one was announced last year and as stated, it's in the final production stage now, just waiting on me (Talon) to finish the artwork. There's a lot of art to do and I'm really slow, so it's taking a while. The second is a book featuring new systems and variant rules for Torg. It's in the final stages of development and is being play tested. I won't require as much original artwork -and I may be able to use the art provided by the Infiniverse Exchange- so it may actually beat Folk & Fey out. We'll see. We're excited about both books, though and hope to have both out later this year.

I haven’t posted anything here in a really long time so I thought I’d share an update on what we’re currently working on. FOLK & FEY: THE RACES OF AYSLE has been finished and edited and is now awaiting the completion of artwork, all of which I’m doing myself. It8s a lot, and I’ve been busy with other work and stuff for DragonCon, so I’m not too far into it yet, but it promises to be a cool book for Torg Eternity fans. I’m also developing a project called ALTERNATIVES which is a book of “house rules” for Torg. That one will require a lot of playtesting. And finally I’ve been doing a bit of updating to my 5e character sheets, and I hope to have them up on the DMsGuild at some point in the near future. I’m still not sure what I want to do with The Modern Path 3.0, but it’s never far from my mind. I still feel confident that it will see some sort of release in one form or another… someday. And finally, T.Catt is still working on an update for Sisters of Rapture for PFRPG 1e, but that is apparently, quite a ways down the road yet as he isn’t happy with what he’s got so far. So lots of cool stuff at various stages. Stay posted for more!

Looks like our products are officially safe again.

Over the past few weeks you, the community, have made your voice heard. Today, we are announcing that the OGL 1.0a will remain untouched AND the entire SRD 5.1 is available under a Creative Commons license.

Regarding the supposed OGL 1.1 leak: if the information released in this leak is, indeed, true, then it is safe to say that I will be forced to remove all existing Fantastic Gallery content from the market, save for the Torg Eternity Deluxe Character Sheet. I can say that at this point, I have no intention of signing up for the OGL 1.1 or supporting One D&D in any fashion should this document go through. According to the leak, 1.1 gives WOtC complete discretion over who uses the license and what for, so we doubt they'd accept us anyway since the majority of our publications (so far) have been for Pathfinder, "adult" in nature, or both. The big issue here is that 1.1 also revokes all previous licenses (d20 and 5e), which means Paizo could be forced to end Pathfinder altogether (likely putting them out of business). If this comes to be, then I will continue to create content for other games that provide open licenses, such as Torg Eternity or World of Darkness, but planned projects such as Sisters of Rapture Ultimate Edition and Children of Wyrms Revised will have to be cancelled. Luckily, none of this is set in stone yet as the full OGL 1.1 has yet to be released. Once it is, we will let you know our intentions. Either way, thanks for being a Fantastic Gallery fan.

-Talon.

I've received the second proof of Sisters of Rapture 5e and, while the art is marginally better quality, the problems I had with the first proof still persist. Unfortunately, I just don't know what I can do about it at this point. I suspect that this is simply the nature of Lightning Source's new printers, which are different from the ones all my previous POD books were printed on. In the end, these issues are extremely minor cosmetic problems, and honestly, a bit nit-picky, so I'm just going to move forward with it as it is. So, expect SoR5e to become available for purchase in the next few days.

22/10/2022

A new cover file has been generated and assuming the second proof meets our standards, SoR5e will be ready to go live. Sorry for the wait.
