So proud to finally be able to unveil one of our first big updates to the J5 Midtown project.
This 1282 square foot 2BR 01 plan was designed by my friends, and award winning designers, and with
So proud of these guys for being able to deliver not only our vision but doing so under incredibly hard circumstances and short timeframe.
When we () took over the J5 project officially in September, there were three existing model homes. Let's just say they weren't great. I am being nice. We had our work cut out for us as we had a finished building with 100 plus units to be sold. It was go time. Or was it? Wait, huh?
NOTHING, and I mean NOTHING was going to happen (including any sales) until we did ONE thing. CHANGE EVERYTHING. Yep you heard that right. EVERYTHING top to bottom. Start over as if the project was still in the conceptual stage. Usually this pre-development stage has a year or two to plan, design, edit . We had 90 days.
First up, create and develop the new vision for J5. Once we were clear on this vision, we began working around the clock with our design partners to create, design and execute so that we could RElaunch the project by Q1 2021. This is one of the reasons I haven't been very social on social.
First on my list was to get rid of the 3 existing models which did NOT speak to our Midtown, design conscious buyer. My development projects always include beautifully designed Model homes and this project shouldn't be any different just because it's not an ultra luxury highrise condo development.
