The Atlanta City Council will consider legislation today to request the chief financial officer conduct a feasibility study for creating a new water bottling and distribution municipal enterprise for the City of Atlanta (Legislative Reference No. 21-R-3110).

The resolution aims to explore avenues to create new revenue streams and establish a workforce development program aimed at creating middle-wage jobs. The legislation follows Administrative Order 2020-21 issued June 17, 2020, which acknowledged the challenge of wealth inequality and the entrepreneurial spirit of Atlanta’s young water vendors, commonly called “the water boys,” who are known to sell water at street corners and on exit ramps. I read your article about the murder of sweet Fallon, I can't get this tragic murder out of my mind. Don't see much on the news about updates. I will follow your well written posts and hope there will be updates on this. I get this funny feeling that there is something more about this. I have wondered if her children were home when she tortured this sweet child.

Melissa Stern CBS46, please reach out to me regarding your HOA story. Your victim is the subject of the same law firm I am involved Lazaga & Johanson. I have a much worst situation regarding this same law firm and will be in a hearing on tomorrow afternoon at 2:00 pm Judge Farmers court room. If you google this firm you will discover many more out cries. We believe this is a form of racketeering. The are attempting to obtain a judgement to allow them to foreclose on our condo Renaissance Loft Condo not for HOA fees but for over $140,000.00 in HOA fees! Our HOA fees are over $1200 per month, go figure. We have a serious problem in Georgia that is going ignored by Legislators. It is a legal way to steal money seemingly. Please contact me, as my life has been treated for speaking out. Please put the bull dog on these people. Please help us by discovering what legislators and branch of government regulating this industry. They fell to respect their own governing documents. Also a great deal of other regulatory violations appears to be going on as well.
