It took at least three years, but it finally happened... Drifting at AMP! Chris Ward brought out his his Top Garage FD RX-7 along with Johnny Proffitt and his Heat Lightning Speed Shop LS400 and put on quite a show for everyone in attendance. The goal was to test out the facility to see if AMP could host a future event. However, very strict noise restrictions only allowed for maybe 8-10 laps between the pair of cars. Which is a shame as both drivers were building confidence lap after lap. I'm so thankful to have been able to document such an awesome sight, as it may possibly never happen again.

After 2 1/2 years of shooting, the time has finally come to get behind the wheel. That's right, we're finally doing our first HPDE! Jzilla Track Days is heading back to AMP on September 25th for more on track action and potato salad and we can hardly wait. We still have a few months to prepare, and so do you. Jzilla Track Days have been, and will continue to be, our favorite events locally. James puts on such a great event with tons of track time for drivers of all skill levels.
