They were called “happy pills,” given to Hayden Panettiere as a teenager before red carpets and interviews just to keep her energetic and “peppy.”

In a 2022 interview on Red Table Talk and in statements to People, the Heroes and Nashville actress opened up about how adults in her professional life introduced her to drugs at a young age.

Following the tragic news of Hayden’s passing at just 36, that story has resurfaced heavily online and sparked an even bigger conversation about how the entertainment industry treats child stars. This wasn’t just a personal battle. It raises serious questions about the system and the adults who were supposed to protect her from the very beginning.

Just months before her passing, Hayden released her memoir, This Is Me: A Reckoning, where she candidly discussed childhood fame, postpartum depression, addiction, rehab, and recovery.

Rest in peace, Hayden. 💔 Gone far too soon.

🔥 “Tina is GROWN now, babe!”

Megan Thee Stallion is already turning up the heat for ACT III, and from the sound of it, the Hotties might want to prepare themselves. 👀🔥

During her appearance with Michelle Obama and Craig Robinson on the “IMO” podcast, Megan opened up about her next album, her creative process, and the evolution of her fan-favorite Tina Snow persona.

This time around, Megan says she’s moving differently. Instead of rushing the project, she’s taking a more patient and intentional approach to ACT III — making sure everything comes together exactly how she wants it.

And the collaborations? Oh, she’s teasing some BIG surprises.

Megan says she has several collaborations that the Hotties have been asking for, ranging from more niche pairings to collaborations that have been overdue for quite some time. She also hinted that a few of them may completely “shock the people” and have fans gagged. 😮‍💨🔥

So between the official return of Tina Snow, a more deliberate creative direction, and some unexpected features on the way, ACT III is already sounding like Megan plans to make some noise.

👨🏾‍🍳 Sous Chefs, are y’all ready for ACT III?! And who do YOU think Megan needs to collaborate with this time around? 👀👇🏾

Darius Williams is raising a serious concern about America’s literacy crisis after just the second day of the school year.

Williams became emotional while discussing the struggles he is already seeing among some high school seniors when it comes to basic reading, writing, and comprehension.

He explained that he had just spent three hours in class with 17- and 18-year-old students who struggled to complete an assignment that required them to read two paragraphs and fill in just four words. According to Williams, the class had already gone through the material together, and he had essentially provided the answers before they even began — yet some students still could not complete the work.

Williams said the experience became so overwhelming that he broke down in the middle of class.

Now the conversation is bigger than one classroom: How are students reaching their senior year of high school while still struggling with foundational reading, writing, and reasoning skills?

This is a conversation we need to have. 🎤

🚨 A former Lilburn child therapist has been found guilty in a Gwinnett County case involving the sexual abuse of a teenage girl.

A jury convicted 52-year-old Gregory Leon Frazier on multiple felony charges, including r**e, aggravated child molestation, statutory r**e, and aggravated sexual battery.

According to prosecutors, Frazier met the girl in 2021 when she was 15 years old. Although she was not one of his patients, the victim testified that the abuse continued over a two-year period.

During the trial, Frazier admitted to having a sexual relationship with the teen but maintained that he saw himself as a “father figure.” The jury rejected his defense and returned guilty verdicts on multiple charges.

Prosecutors also presented testimony from a second unrelated witness who described similar experiences involving Frazier.

Frazier will be sentenced at a later date.

👨🏾‍🍳 Sous Chefs, what are your thoughts on the jury’s verdict? Share your perspective respectfully in the comments. 👀⬇️
